DETAILS

Myers & Chapman has delivered multiple Walmart Supercenter projects, providing experience with both ground-up construction and occupied retail renovations. The Lady's Island project included construction of a new 150,000 SF full-service Supercenter designed to support grocery, pharmacy, general merchandise, and customer service operations. The Mt. Pleasant project involved the renovation and expansion of an existing Supercenter totaling 180,000 SF, including interior and exterior improvements, site upgrades, and parking lot enhancements.

These projects required coordination of large-scale retail operations, site infrastructure, customer access, and construction activities while maintaining Walmart's operational and brand standards.
