DETAILS

Myers & Chapman completed ground-up construction of Walmart Neighborhood Market locations in Myrtle Beach, SC, and Waxhaw, NC, totaling 79,000 SF. Delivered in accordance with Walmart's national prototype standards, the projects included construction of modern grocery retail facilities along with associated parking, utilities, and site infrastructure. The Myrtle Beach location included a fueling station, while both stores were designed to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer shopping experience.
