Multiple Locations – Charlotte, NC & Columbia, SC

Renovation of multiple US Foods CHEF'STORE retail locations, including 27,000 SF and 32,000 SF facilities in Charlotte, NC, and Columbia, SC. The projects transformed existing buildings into specialty foodservice supply stores serving restaurants, caterers, food trucks, and other hospitality businesses.

Myers & Chapman has partnered with US Foods on seven projects across the Carolinas, ranging from full retail store conversions to facility upgrades and operational improvements. Notable projects include the renovation of CHEF'STORE locations in Charlotte, NC, and Columbia, SC, which required significant modifications to support foodservice retail operations, including refrigeration systems, HVAC and electrical upgrades, loading and service areas, exterior improvements, and site enhancements.

Beyond these retail locations, additional work was completed, including freezer replacements, kitchen renovations, and facility upgrades at locations throughout the region.
