New 26,500 SF academic and athletic building expansion supporting Union Day School’s growing academic, arts, and athletics programs within its existing K-12 campus.

DETAILS

This Design-Build project includes the construction of a new 26,500 SF building featuring a competition gymnasium connected to two stories of classroom space. The academic portion includes seven classrooms, a state-of-the-art science laboratory, dedicated music and art rooms, and other student support spaces.

The new gymnasium includes a main competition court with two cross courts and is permitted to accommodate more than 1,000 occupants, concession areas, restrooms, athletic offices, workout spaces, and multipurpose space. The facility is designed to support both athletics and broader student activities, creating a central hub for school events and daily use. Construction is being coordinated within the active campus to maintain safe access and minimize disruption to ongoing school operations.
