LESER U.S. Headquarters

Construction of a 55,000 SF U.S. headquarters and advanced assembly facility for LESER, a Germany-based safety valve manufacturer, designed to support high-performance operations and international growth.

DETAILS

The project includes development of a 55,000 SF industrial facility on an 11-acre site, featuring approximately 40,900 SF of production and assembly space and 14,100 SF of office space. Delivered using tilt-up concrete construction, the building is designed to support efficient operations while providing a clean, modern workplace environment aligned with corporate headquarters functions.
Serving a global client with decision-makers across Europe and Asia, the project required careful coordination of permitting, utilities sequencing, and communication across time zones. Myers & Chapman led early collaboration efforts, supporting remote decision-making through clear milestone tracking and documentation, while sequencing phased early entry to accelerate equipment installation and commissioning.

The facility achieved LEED BD+C v4 Silver certification, reflecting a comprehensive approach to sustainability. Design and construction efforts incorporated energy performance optimization, enhanced commissioning, renewable energy strategies, water use reduction, and responsible material selection. Indoor environmental quality was supported through daylighting, low-emitting materials, and occupant comfort strategies, reinforcing the project’s long-term performance and operational efficiency goals.
