Fort Mill, SC

Retail development designed to support a walkable, amenity-rich destination with a mix of dining, shopping, and service-oriented tenants.

DETAILS

The project includes the construction of four retail shell buildings integrated within a broader mixed-use environment. A 20,200 SF two-story building accommodates office, retail, and restaurant space, featuring an elevator, covered outdoor dining, a plaza patio with custom drink rails, and a second-floor balcony. A 13,900 SF two-story building provides ground-floor retail with office space above, supporting a mix of commercial users within a single footprint.

Additional buildings include a 6,000 SF one-story lakeside structure designed for a restaurant tenant with a connected courtyard, and a 5,600 SF one-story lakeside building planned for future retail and dining users, complete with a covered patio.

The development emphasizes a pedestrian-focused experience, with storefront visibility, outdoor gathering areas, and strong connectivity to surrounding residential and office components. Construction required coordination across multiple buildings and stakeholders, with phased sequencing implemented to support delivery within an active, occupied development.
