Construction of a new community-focused animal resource center designed to support adoption, veterinary care, and outreach programs.

DETAILS

The project includes construction of a state-of-the-art facility designed to increase outreach capacity by 40% and support care for more than 30,000 animals annually. The building consolidates all staff and services into a single location, improving operational efficiency and expanding community impact.

Key features include a full-service veterinary clinic with surgical suites, exam and recovery rooms, imaging capabilities, and laboratory space to support advanced diagnostics. The adoption center includes climate-controlled, low-stress kennels and a dedicated outdoor “catio,” while community-focused spaces include adoption counseling areas, an education court, conference rooms, and an outdoor dog park.

The facility was designed to support long-term growth and evolving programming, with future expansion already planned. The project reflects a strong focus on community engagement, operational functionality, and modern animal care standards.
