Campus expansion supporting Cannon School’s middle school and administrative facilities through new construction and phased improvements within an active academic environment.

DETAILS

The project includes the construction of multiple academic buildings totaling approximately 37,000 SF, including a 15,000 SF three-story classroom and administrative building and a 22,000 SF two-story classroom facility with a library, science labs, and collaborative common areas. Tech spaces include a maker space, a digital media lab, a fabrication studio, and a media production studio. These buildings were designed to provide modern learning environments with flexible classroom layouts and integrated administrative space to support both students and faculty.

Work was completed on an active campus, requiring careful coordination, phased construction sequencing, and site management to maintain daily school operations. The project emphasizes functional, well-organized academic spaces while enhancing overall campus connectivity and long-term growth capacity.
