Overview

Construction of a 160,000 SF Class A industrial facility at The Park at Huntersville, delivered
to support Safeguard Medical’s global manufacturing, distribution, and headquarters
operations.

Details

Located on a 13-acre site, the project included full site development and the construction
of a tilt-up concrete building designed for high-performance industrial operations. The
facility features 30-foot clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, and a 130-foot truck court
with dedicated trailer storage, supporting efficient logistics and large-scale distribution.
Myers & Chapman also completed the full interior build-out tailored to Safeguard Medical’s
manufacturing and operational requirements, creating a fully integrated production,
warehouse, and office environment.
