With two decades of construction experience, Travis Hogue leads operations at Myers & Chapman, establishing the standards, systems, and processes that guide project execution across the company. Since joining Myers & Chapman in 2013, he has strengthened the operational foundation that supports quality, safety, scheduling, team coordination, and consistent project delivery.
Travis is known for his ability to align people, processes, and performance, building a clear, consistent path from preconstruction through closeout across the company's project portfolio. His leadership emphasizes accountability, communication, and continuous improvement, helping teams work more efficiently while delivering a better construction experience for clients.
Equally passionate about the people behind the work, Travis is committed to mentoring project teams and developing the next generation of construction professionals. A native of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Travis now lives in South Charlotte with his wife and three kids. When not working or carpooling kids, he enjoys firing up his smoker, spending time with his friends, and watching Charlotte (and Clemson) sports teams.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Winthrop University. In 2008, Travis completed a Leadership Forum through CAGC and was facilitated by FMI. Travis is an active participant in a nationwide peer group hosted by PCA (Performance Construction Advisors).
