Strategic Market Leader

With more than 25 years of experience spanning architecture, construction, and design-build leadership, Billie Graham brings an operator’s perspective to business development and market strategy at Myers & Chapman. He leads the growth and strategy for the company’s healthcare and municipal sectors.

Billie helps clients turn early ideas into clearer, more executable project strategies. By clarifying what a project must accomplish, identifying the decisions that will have the greatest impact, and aligning the right team around a shared set of goals, he helps move projects from concept toward execution with greater confidence and less friction.

His background practicing architecture, executing construction projects, and leading design-build teams gives him a practical understanding of the priorities, pressures, and business realities facing owners, designers, contractors, and trade partners. That perspective helps him communicate across disciplines, strengthen collaboration with design partners, and guide teams toward decisions that create value for the client and a better experience for everyone involved.

Billie is a founding member and current board member of ReGroup Carolinas, which works to increase economic mobility by connecting people with construction training and career opportunities. For the past three years, ReGroup Carolinas has supported The ROC Charlotte, a high school program preparing students for careers in the construction industry, and has become a meaningful source of annual operating support.

Billie lives in Charlotte with his two children. Outside of work, he enjoys getting outdoors for hiking, fishing, and dirt biking, when he is not serving as the family chauffeur.

He holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
