Charlotte, NC

Construction of a 603,000 SF facility for product distribution, including 584,264 SF of warehouse and 18,936 SF of office space. This project strengthened The Home Depot’s supply chain by supporting same-day and next-day delivery to 90% of the U.S.

DETAILS

The building includes multiple office areas to support operational staff and logistics coordination. The project required careful planning to optimize circulation, throughput efficiency, and long-term operational flexibility for a national retail distribution network.
