Construction of a 63,000 SF operations center for EnergyUnited EMC on a 48-acre site in Mooresville, NC. Designed to support utility operations across the Lake Norman region, the facility consolidates administrative offices, warehouse functions, vehicle maintenance, fleet storage, material storage, and outdoor operations areas into a centralized campus that enhances operational efficiency and supports long-term growth.

DETAILS

The project includes approximately 18,500 SF of office space, 12,000 SF of warehouse space, 22,200 SF of enclosed vehicle storage, 6,800 SF of vehicle maintenance facilities, and 3,600 SF of covered material storage. Site improvements include a six-acre concrete operations yard, five-acre gravel laydown yard, multiple site access points, employee parking, and supporting infrastructure across the 48-acre campus. Developed to support utility fleet operations, equipment storage, material handling, and administrative functions, the facility provides a durable, efficient environment tailored to the day-to-day needs of a
growing electric cooperative.
