Charlotte, NC

A multi-phase corporate campus designed to unify workspace, wellness, and growth into a cohesive environment that reflects the evolving needs of a modern organization.

DETAILS

The project includes a 40,000 SF multi-building campus delivered over three phases, consisting of a Class A, LEED Silver Certified office building, a recreation center, a ground-up expansion building, and site improvements.

Designed to support a flexible corporate environment, the campus integrates private offices, collaborative workspaces, and employee-focused amenities. A green roof with vegetated areas provides accessible outdoor space and views of Uptown Charlotte, reinforcing the project’s sustainability goals and user experience.

Supporting amenities include a dedicated recreation center with a gymnasium, fitness equipment, and kitchen and gathering areas, as well as an expansion building that provides additional office capacity and break areas to accommodate continued growth.

Myers & Chapman was engaged early across all phases, providing preconstruction services and coordinating scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with the design team, while supporting the project’s LEED certification and long-term performance objectives.

This was the smoothest process I've ever been involved in… the project was brought in under budget.
