Blinders – 225 W Tremont

Charlotte, NC

Interior build-out of a 5,500 SF upscale sports bar and cocktail lounge located in Charlotte’s South End district, designed to deliver a high-energy entertainment experience within a refined hospitality environment.

DETAILS

The project includes construction of a high-end sports and entertainment venue that blends the atmosphere of a cocktail lounge with the functionality of a modern lounge. The space features a 60’ x 15’ screen, one of the largest of its kind on the East Coast outside a stadium or casino, supported by a state-of-the-art sound system and flexible multi-display capabilities.

The interior is designed to accommodate approximately 160 guests, with soft seating and lowered bar views that enhance sightlines throughout the space. An adjacent patio accommodates an additional 50 guests and includes outdoor televisions, extending the entertainment experience beyond the interior. The overall design creates a dynamic, immersive environment that supports both casual viewing and elevated social engagement.
