Huntersville, NC

A phased mixed-use development centered around a new 28,000 SF medical office building that expands healthcare access while supporting continued growth of the surrounding commercial corridor. The project included new retail construction, additions to occupied buildings, and significant site and roadway improvements, delivered through careful coordination to minimize disruption in an active environment.

DETAILS

The project includes the construction of multiple buildings totaling retail and medical office space, along with targeted additions and improvements to existing facilities. Major components include a 28,000 SF two-story medical office building, a 12,350 SF retail shell building, and a 10,050 SF retail and restaurant shell.

Additional scope included modifications to existing occupied buildings, including a 3,625 SF addition to one retail structure and a 2,900 SF expansion to another, along with associated site and roadway improvements. The project required integrating new construction with existing structures, maintaining continuity while enhancing the overall development.

Work was delivered through phased coordination across multiple buildings, tenants, and stakeholders within an active commercial environment. Careful planning and sequencing were required to maintain access, minimize disruption to tenant operations, and support schedule-driven delivery across the full development.
