Charlotte, NC

Construction of a 30,000 SF office and mixed-use building and a new banking branch as part of the larger Arboretum redevelopment in Charlotte, NC.

DETAILS

The project included construction of a new 30,000 SF office and retail building, a standalone banking facility, a multi-phase structured parking system, and extensive site infrastructure improvements. Delivered as part of the broader Arboretum redevelopment, the project required careful coordination of demolition, site development, roadway improvements, utilities, and phased construction activities within an active commercial corridor.

The office and banking components were integrated alongside retail, parking, and supporting infrastructure to create a cohesive mixed-use environment serving tenants, customers, and the surrounding community. Extensive planning and sequencing were required to maintain access, support ongoing operations, coordinate tenant transitions, and manage multiple phases of development within a constrained urban site.
