This multi-functional facility is designed to support visitor services, orientation, and public engagement. The building serves as a central hub for access to outdoor amenities and events, enhancing the overall user experience within the greenway.

Interior spaces include a multi-use lobby, commercial kitchen, bar and café, gift shop, restrooms, and outdoor seating, creating an environment that blends hospitality and recreation. Additional program elements include offices, a conference room, and storage to support daily operations and staff needs.

The design integrates with the surrounding natural environment while providing a functional and inviting space for both staff operations and public use.
