Charlotte, NC

An urban office development combining workplace, retail, and amenity space to create a connected, experience-driven environment in one of Charlotte’s most active corridors.

DETAILS

The project includes a 64,000 SF multi-story office building featuring ground-level mixed-use space and upper-level office environments. Located in Charlotte’s South End, the development combines office and retail functions within a single, cohesive structure designed to support both tenant experience and street-level activation.

Construction includes a two-level underground parking deck, maximizing site efficiency within a constrained urban footprint. The building exterior incorporates masonry veneer and architectural systems that reflect a modern Class A office aesthetic, while upper levels provide flexible office space to support a range of users.

A rooftop terrace offers outdoor space with views of the Charlotte skyline, enhancing tenant experience and providing an amenity-driven environment. Myers & Chapman was engaged early in the design phase, supporting budget development and implementing cost-saving strategies that reduced the project cost by over $1.5 million prior to construction.
