The recently completed Anne Springs Close Greenway Gateway won Top Public/Civic Development at the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2019 Heavy Hitters Awards.This 6,300 SF facility provides a gateway for the 2,100 acre nature and activity center in Fort Mill, SC. This project features a multi-use lobby, commercial kitchen, offices, conference room, storage, and restrooms all which are geared to host and provide a relaxing and informative space for visitors of the Greenway.
